So today looks really good....It's Monday and things are well at work. I think my Turbo Jam should be arrving today and so it begins! I am so happy and I hope that it arrives today; I have already begun watching my intake of food and I know that I am already eating less and soon there will be LESS of me! :-)
Things to be happy about today:
1. God has forgiven me of my sins.
2. I am in great health, as is my child.
3. I am employeed by a great company.
4. I have supporttive family and friends.

Great Job on a positive outlook on today. :) I hope things go well for you.
ReplyDeleteStart out cutting out one thing at a time this week and then something differant next week until you are rid of the junk foods and stuff that pull your weight loss efforts down.
I started by cutting back on my soda intake, even diet. Then Worked on increasing my water intake. I cut out fast foods except for a treat once a month, and then I worked on sugary foods, my weakness. Don't do everything at once, because then you feel restricted and will want it all 10 times more.
Baby steps, one day at a time to creating new healthier habbits and eliminating the old bad ones.
You're doing so great, I can't wait to see your before and after pictures and read your excitment after you try the turbo jam, you're totally going to love it!!
